Dresden Plate Quilt

I made this one with left over Red Rooster Neutral Territory and some that blended with it.

I spent much of today making Flying Geese blocks for cushions with left over fabric.  My fingers are taking an hammering tho so I am having the night off.

Cushion Covers

cushion covers:-

Christmas one ( yes I know it's only June lol) Another one is a wip.

One for our room.  5 more smaller ones are ready but I have no inners yet

These are for Sarah

One for the front room.  Another similar is wip.

Another for the front room

Two more

and another one!

So that's been my busy work for the last few weeks. I just have one more quilt to make for the front room to cover a chair we have in there and it's done. I have nearly finished a wall hanging for our bedroom and am starting one for the front room at some point soon. WIP is some cushion covers, a quilt for S and S, a quilt for Katie, a quilt for D and a throw for K bedroom to put over a chest she has in there. It's been awful weather so I will keep going until it gets hot- if it ever does.

Hexagonal Quilt

I made this one as a sofa throw.  It is folded in 4 on the photos as it was too big to photograph in a oner.  I quilted a border on the back.

Linus Quilt

I made this one for the Linus Project I found out about through a friend A.  I am very pleased about this as it give me every excuse to buy gorgeous fabric in colours I might not normally to make quilts for children aged 0 -18.  It was hard going emotionally cos saying "Oh yes, I'll make one." and making one are two different things. Making a quilt for a sick child is different to making one for your own bouncing around at home.

It started with this. They all do.  A mish mash of fabric waiting for a rotary cutter lol

I hope whoever receives it likes it.

Solar System Quilt

I cut this out on New Year's  Day.  It's for B and he loves it.  He was hovering over me, as I finished the binding, to take it away. The backing is blue flannel and it's really cosy. It's the 5th quilt since the end of November. Not bad going considering.
